1. Collection, processing and use of personal data

When you visit this website, we do not collect any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us yourself using our contact form. This data will only be used to answer your request and will then be deleted.

 

2. Use of own cookies

A so-called "session cookie" is set when certain pages are called up. This is a small text file that is automatically deleted from your computer after the end of the browser session. This file is used exclusively to be able to use certain applications. You can change the settings on most web browsers so that your browser does not accept new cookies or you can have received cookies deleted. How this works specifically for your browser can usually be found out via its help function.

 

3. Server Log Files

As with any connection to a web server, our web hosting provider's server logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to make our website available to you. The web hosting provider protects this data against unauthorized access with technical and organizational measures and does not pass it on to third parties. Insofar as we process personal data, we do so because of our interest in offering you the best possible user experience and in guaranteeing the security and stability of our systems.

 

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.

Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website on behalf of the operator of this website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the storage of cookies or delete them again by making the appropriate settings in your browser.

 

5. Newsletter

If you have signed up for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will store and use your e-mail address for sending our newsletter with information and advertising about us until you have unsubscribed from our newsletter.

For our newsletter service we use the "Mailchimp" newsletter service from Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308.

If you enter your e-mail address to receive the newsletter, it will initially be stored at MailChimp for the purpose of sending the owner an e-mail in which he/she can confirm the subscription to the newsletter ("Double-Opt -In"). After such a confirmation, the e-mail address will be stored permanently at MailChimp until you have unsubscribed from receiving the newsletter or it is deleted by us. MailChimp saves the date of registration and the IP address under which the registration took place. Your IP address will not be used any further.

We would like to point out that the data collected and used via MailChimp is stored and processed on computers in the USA. With your consent to receive our newsletter, you hereby agree. In addition, we have concluded a data processing contract with MailChimp based on the so-called EU standard contractual clauses. Your e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties in any other way.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Every e-mail with our newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also revoke your consent to us using your e-mail address for the future at any time. Please use the contact options given below.

 

6. Webshop

We would like to point out that the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address and means of payment of the buyer are stored by the web shop operator in the context of cookies for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing.

In addition, the following data is also stored with us for the purpose of contract processing: all data necessary for the sale. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.

After aborting the shopping process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (10 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years).

 

7. Your rights

In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority.
